Terms & Conditions
Anything for a Friend is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, EIN 27-3718732. All donations received will become the property of Anything for a Friend and will be used at the discretion of the Executive Director and/or Board of Directors for our fundraising efforts as described on our website and any other correspondence you may have received. Unless you specify otherwise, your donation may be used for any of our recipients, or for any program, or for any purpose that will assist us in our fundraising efforts.
Refund Policy
Anything for a Friend accepts donations to help recipients with the medical costs incident to a life threatening illness, disease, or circumstance. All donations are final. In unique and rare circumstances, we may process a refund of a donation. All requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the donation and will be evaluated on a case by case basis by the Executive Director, in the Executive Director’s sole and absolute discretion. The Executive Director’s election to refund a donation to a specific donor shall in no way constitute a waiver of Anything for a Friend’s policy of considering all donations final or affects our rights with respect to denying any future requested refund by the same or other donors.
Transactions
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our website (each such purchase, a "Transaction"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Transaction including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION. By submitting such information, you grant to Anything for a Friend the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Transactions initiated by you or on your behalf. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any Transaction.
All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on our website are subject to change at any time without notice.
The inclusion of any products or services on our website does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the receipt, possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from our website or events. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. Anything for a Friend reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to do any one or more of the following: (i)limit the available quantity of or discontinue any product or service; (ii) impose conditions on the honoring of any coupon, coupon code, promotional code, or other similar promotion; (iii) bar any user from making or completing any or all Transaction(s); and (iv) refuse to provide any user with any product or service. You agree to pay all charges that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through our website or fundraising events, at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred including, without limitation, all shipping and handling charges. In addition, you remain responsible for any taxes that may be applicable to your Transactions.
Shipping Policy
Any product purchased through our website and that is expressly specified, will be shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail, UPS, and/or FedEx Ground Home Delivery Services. We will ship your product within 2 business days of receiving the product and payment. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee return policy on all shipments.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return the product within 15 days from the date that the product was originally shipped and billed to you for a refund according to the following terms. To return a product for an exchange or refund, please return the product to the following address:

The product must be returned in its original condition. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. After we receive your return, it can take up to 5 business days to process your refund. The refund will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Privacy Policy
Anything for a Friend is committed to protecting your privacy. Whether you are a donor, a volunteer, a business partner, or a community partner, we will hold your information in strict confidence. Except as specifically set forth in these Terms & Conditions, we will never sell, trade or share a donor’s or partner’s information with any other organization or individual, unless required by any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any governmental or regulatory request (“Legal Reason”). When you choose to donate, Anything for a Friend will use your basic information (name, address, email, etc.) to provide you a charitable donation receipt. We will also store your basic information in our secured database for the purpose of possible future emails or mailings related only to our programs and Fund raising efforts. Once again, except as specifically set forth in these Terms & Conditions, we will never sell, trade or share your information with any other organization or individual, unless required by a Legal Reason. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please email becky@anythingforafriend.com. Notwithstanding anything set forth herein, if you choose to donate by credit card, your
information will be provided to only the third parties necessary to process your credit card donation, such as the credit card company, the sponsoring bank, and/or the bank issuing the credit card. If you provide us with information related to a matching gift, your information will be shared with only the third parties required for the purpose of processing the matching gift donation. At no time will your financial information be stored by Anything for a Friend. Information regarding the amount of your financial contributions will be posted on the website unless otherwise indicated, in which case it will be kept strictly confidential. If you would like to be referenced as “Anonymous”, please email becky@anythingforafriend.com. We strive to keep your information as complete, accurate, and up to date as possible. Upon request to becky@anythingforafriend.com, we will remove your information from all of our databases, except where law requires our retention of your information (for example, donation history for income tax purposes).
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on our website home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you through a notice on our website home page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable e-mail address for you and for periodically visiting our website and this privacy policy to check for any changes.
